I love the job Jose & Ty are doing with the offense but I am real concerned about our Defense. Over the years people talked smack on Spig but IMO at least he had a plan going into a game. & after hearing that #12 will be replacing Barnes at Safety who for some crazy reason he is being moved to DT has me more concerned.Hopefully this is not true because why would you put the fastest guy on your team in the middle of the D line?

I heard today that Barnes will not be on the defense. I do not know how they can bench him because against JM he was a big reason we won. I heard the younger Fellar who is a sophomore will take his spot at safety. Hopefully the Bigreds can pull off a much needed win Saturday. BHS78 are you & your Mrs. going to make it Saturday? GO BIGREDS!!!!!!!!!

This just in Barnes is back in at safety. From what I am hearing they are trying to fix everything about the D except where the problem is the right DE.

The Big Reds pass defense is non-existant .....Worse I've ever seen at Bellaire .....
And WHY don't the punt return men play a little deeper instead of watching the punt sail over their head?
Today, if they would have at least called for a fair catch, it would have saved us at least 55 yards total.

Today, we had a Bellaire graduate, now living in Canada, attend the game. I'm sure he too was very dismayed at the Reds performance .....

That is a fair statement. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. This is a game that really thought the Big Reds could win.

Very smart move changing the DBs Barnes is the only one with speed but he sits on defense. Maybe since it is only Bellaire fans that play the football contest you can take Bellaire off the pick em list it gives us three a disadvantage.
