Let's start with a small review of the game. Overall, I was very pleased with the defense. The hounded the backfield of both teams most of the day and made some solid tackles when they had the one on one plays that needed made. The offensive line needs work!! Either they were not into it or they just need to gel more and quickly. Way too many holes and missed blocks of both sides. The wide outs looked good. Hartline looks even better than last year. The rb's did not get much attention in the game so we really do not know much other than the obvious. Beannie will be the feature back. Saine did not get many looks so it wasn't a day to show case him. The qb position is up in the air if you ask me. Beockman did not impress me at all. Henton had moments that he did look good and Bauserman was the one that was all was talking about. Nice touch on the balls and has an arm to go deep.

Well, did you guys have fun in Columbus????? It didn't rain too much did it???? Did you see where channel 7 was bragging about WVU having 18,000 people to watch their Spring Game. I believe that OSU had a bit more in attendance?? From what I read on the OSU website, it was more of a passing game than a running game. Beanie won't see any action until August, since he had wrist surgery.

I am kind of surprised that there was not much mention of this spring game on the site. There were some very impressive things going on there. Some things still need a little tweaking also but that is why this was just a spring game.
