I think you hit the nail on the head. I agree. According to the U. S. Postal statistics, the Steelers have more fans nationwise than any other NFL team. Here locally, (the Ohio Valley), this same statistic source shows that the Steelers carry 78% of fan interest on any given weekend. The Browns carry 16%. The Bengals 3%. And all other teams combined 5%.

HERE WE GO STEELERS ...... HERE WE GO .....

The Black and Gold once again defeated the dreaded Blackbirds of Baltimore. 3 times in one season isn't too shabby ..... (You're welcome Cleveland)
The Pittsburghers have two weeks to lick their wounds before trying to ground the Redbirds of Arizona. The Cardinals have been soaring pretty high as of late, but haven't seen a defense like the one they're destined to go against Feb 1 .

GO STEELERS .....

P.S. Cleveland ..... PLEASE don't grab up Nate Davis in the up-coming draft .....

This game will have alot of drama with the ex Steeler coaches now in AZ but the Cards will have to play a great game to beat the the Steelers.

Good luck goes out to the Steelers in the Super Bowl this sunday from all the Black and Gold faithful here in the Ohio Valley.
Let's go down there in Tampa and bring home that 6th Super Bowl ring.

GO STEELERS !!!!!

A couple silly factoids about today's game. I'd bet whoever gets the opening kickoff will run it for a TD!! This does not mean he will get there but he will run for it...LOL

I know who will win this game also!!.....The team with the most points.....OK That was kinda lame but still a goody.

Here is a better one. I do know what the score of the game will be even before it get's started!!!....0-0. hahahaha

So, I was not supposed to be a stand up comedy act. sooooooo what.

Yes, I was smiling at halftime, and most of the second half. But I did notice perspiration started to accumulate on my brow midway through the fourth quarter. What a game ..... One of the most exciting Super Bowl games ever. The Redbirds put in a vialant effort, but to no avail. The Black and Gold's defense was superb 95% of the game, and Big Ben showed he had "the right stuff" late in the game, along with the Ohio State grad Holmes.
Harrison's 100 yard interception return was the longest play in Super Bowl history .....

GO STEELERS ...... (It takes 2 hands to wear all the Steelers' Super Bowl Rings .....)

Possible great news for the local Steeler fans .....
Former Bellaire and Ohio State great Joey Galloway and the Pittsburgh Steelers are in some pretty serious talks as we speak. The present Steeler coach once coached the secondary for Tampa Bay and Mr. Tomlin and Joey hit it off pretty good. Tomlin knows Joeys' capabilities quite well .....

I'll still root for Joey to do well, but I don't like THE PATRIOTS ..................

Not being a Steelers fan, I must admit that the game ending drive and in particular the last play was pretty cool. The Packers should have stopped that drive on at least 3 different times with interceptions but did not and it cost them the game.
