Nate's future is up for grabs in the up-coming NFL draft. Nate just wants to play pro ball, for ANY team. Football is in his blood ..... Always has been. It's unfortunate for Mr. Davis that the Steelers' quarterback situation is at it's peak. The Black and Gold have one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, along with one of the best backup quarterbacks in the NFL. But Nate most certainly will go to one of the many struggling teams come draft time.

News out of Santa Clara California is that rookie quarterback Nate Davis from Bellaire continues to impress both head coach Mike Singletary as well as offensive coordinator Jimmy Raye. Shaun Hill, as of now, appears to be in the lead for the quarterbacking job with Alex Smith a close second.
Damon Huard and Mr. Davis are licking their chops for playing time also. Way to go Nate ..... Keep up the good work .....

Great to hear that Nate is making a good impression in the spring drills. Once he gets some "PT" in the scrimmage games, his stock may even go higher on the depth chart!!

Home of the Bellaire Big Reds
632 wins and counting
